This booklet is for Teaching Assistants who often are asked to work with children who have emotional or behaviour problems. Parents also find these activities helpful, evidenced by those who have taken my courses and practised on their own children.
   
I have included activities which I have successfully used on a regular basis with individuals, small groups or classes in schools - many made up and others learnt from others.  I have also taught these activities on the Well Being Mentor Training Course, details of which can be found by following the link. 

All who have tried them have found them helpful although we all have our favourites and they can be adapted to suit individual children.
